CHEAZEY PANCAKES!

Our savoury cheese pancakes make a delicious dish for breakfast, brunch or even as a snack! These fluffy pancakes are perfect with a range of toppings and are super easy to make. 

Ingredients: 

- 2 x eggs (best at room temperature)

- Olive Oil

- Full Cream Milk 

- Sour Cream:needs to be at room temperature to mix easily with the rest of the ingredients 

- Self Raising Flour

- Salt for seasoning

- Grated Cheese

Method

• Place the eggs, olive oil, milk and sour cream into a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth

• Slowly begin to add your Self-Raising flour and salt and continue to whisk until smooth

• Add your grated cheese, simply mix it into the batter.

• Next add some olive oil to your frying pan (or use a non-stick pan)

• Lightly heat up on a medium high heat and pour some pancake batter in and leave to cook for about 2 minutes or until bubbling, flip over and wait another 2 minutes.
