Cheazy Stuffed Chicken

Our Cheazey Stuffed Chicken is the perfect recipe to mix up your classic Sunday Roast. Using Norfolk Mardler Goat cheese which adds a delicious twist.

Would you like to mix up your classic Sunday Roast? Our Chicken stuffed with Goastc Cheese and Red Onion Chutney offers a new and exciting addition your table. Norfolk Mardler Goat cheese is produced in Norfolk in the UK. It is a hard cheese made from goats milk. Is firm in texture and gives a clean robust flavour. Works wonderfully with a meat.

Ingredients (serves 2)

2 chicken breasts
Goats cheese
Red onion chutney
Seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
  2. Slice open the chicken breasts but not all the way.
  3. Open like a book and stuff with slices of goats cheese and red onion chutney.
  4. Close up and hold in place with toothpicks.
  5. Cook in oven for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Serve straight away.
